Grace quota used up

grace_quota_exceeded

A payment of your subscription failed, and the extra requests we allow while it is open are used up. The block lasts until the payment is completed, whatever the monthly reset does.

How to recognize it

The API answers with status 429 and a JSON body with the message and the error.code grace_quota_exceeded, for example:

How to fix it

Complete the payment with the body’s actions.complete_payment link, or update the card in the dashboard.

Retry

Once the payment went through. Waiting for the monthly reset does not lift this block.

Billing

Not billed: a request answered with this error does not count against your quota.
