ERR_SSL_PINNED_KEY_NOT_IN_CERT_CHAIN
Chromium's description
The certificate didn't match the built-in public key pins for the host name. The pins are set in net/http/transport_security_state.cc and require that one of a set of public keys exist on the path from the leaf to the root.
Chrome shows it as net::ERR_SSL_PINNED_KEY_NOT_IN_CERT_CHAIN, error -150. puppeteer and Playwright report the same name when a page fails to load in Chromium.
ERR_SSL_PINNED_KEY_NOT_IN_CERT_CHAIN in the screenshot API
When the page itself fails to load with ERR_SSL_PINNED_KEY_NOT_IN_CERT_CHAIN, the API answers 502 with the message The target website could not be loaded (ERR_SSL_PINNED_KEY_NOT_IN_CERT_CHAIN). (target_unreachable). Not billed.
Only the page's own load can fail a render. An image, script or frame of the page that fails with a network error does not: the page is captured as the browser shows it without that resource.
